Emotional Well-being Coaching

1. What is Emotional Well-being Coaching?

Emotional well-being coaching is all about improving your emotional well-being and rediscovering your natural mental health. It is not about goal setting and it is not performance coaching. This coaching is truly about transforming you and enabling you to have the best emotional well-being possible. It is powerful yet simple, sessions are relaxed and conversational and include the sharing of stories and metaphors to help you understand how your thoughts, feelings and experience of the world really work.

2. Are the coaching sessions online or in person?

Most of my coaching work takes place online via Zoom as this enables clients to have the convenience of remaining in their own home or other suitable space. It also means that we can work together no matter where you live. I also work with a small number of clients in person depending on their location and needs.

3. How do we get started with the coaching sessions?

We always start with a FREE 60 minute Coaching Session so that we can get to know each other, you can experience how we will work together, we can see if we are a good match (very important in a coaching relationship), and you can decide if now is the right time for you to commit to transforming your life and improving your emotional well-being in ways you never thought possible.

4. What is involved in the coaching programme?

I offer two coaching programmes so this depends on your needs:

Silver Package – 8 week programme of 1 X 60-90 minute coaching session per week

Gold Package – 12 week programme of 1 X 60 – 90  minute coaching session per week

After your initial free Coaching Session, we decide which is best for you to enable you to transform your life and achieve the outcomes you desire! It is all about you, your emotional well-being, your dreams and desires, and how we will get you there!

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)

1. What makes Rapid Transformational Therapy different from other therapies?

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a pioneering therapy that offers clients quick, amazing results; it is an award-winning therapy developed by Marisa Peer. By using hypnotherapy, we access the subconscious mind, where previous negative experiences, traumas, beliefs, thoughts and emotions are embedded. It is a safe, natural and a proven therapy providing permanent change, freedom and healing.

When you are experiencing issues, you look for quick relief which is what you get with RTT, because RTT treats both the root of the issue and the meaning that your mind has associated to it. In comparison, many traditional talking therapies can take months and even years to work effectively.

2. Are online sessions as effective as face-to-face sessions?

Yes, Zoom sessions are equally as effective as those provided face to face, whilst offering the convenience of clients remaining at home. I provide all RTT sessions are by Zoom, making it easy and convenient for clients to fit in their session. This also enables clients from anywhere in the UK or world to have a session with me.

3. Am I awake during the session?

RTT uses hypnosis which creates a state of relaxed awareness. You are awake, and remain fully aware and in control throughout the session. You remain safe and can bring yourself out of hypnosis at any time. Throughout the session you will sit in a comfortable supportive chair, or you may choose to semi-recline.

4. What does hypnosis feel like?

Hypnosis is different for everyone; however, you will be in a deep state of relaxation. You will be aware of what is going on and you will be talking to me during the session.

5. Will I be out of control, and can you ask me to do anything I do not want to do?

We have all seen the television and stage shows which show people behaving like a chicken or doing funny things but this is showmanship, in hypnosis I cannot make you say or do anything that you do not want to. You are fully awake and aware of everything, but just deeply relaxed; you remain in control at all times.

6. How will I feel during and after the session?

Clients normally feel comfortable and relaxed during the session. There is nothing to be frightened of as you will be in a completely natural state of calmness. Sometimes, scenes may be emotional, but you are not reliving anything, you are merely reviewing them with my support.

7. What happens if I cannot be hypnotised?

Everyone can be hypnotised because it is a natural state, so please do not worry. We work together at your pace, so as long as you wish to enter hypnosis, you will. You will be able to relax and enjoy the experience.

8. What is included in the Rapid Transformational Hypnotherapy Package?

The package includes:

  • RTT session via Zoom lasting 90 – 120 minutes (following our initial consultation, you may choose to split this into a 30 minute Intake Session followed by a 60 – 90 minute RTT session)
  • Personalised audio recording for you to listen to for a minimum of 28 days
  • 20 – 30 minute follow-up appointment 1 week after your RTT session (to talk about how you are doing and provide any guidance and support needed)
  • 20 – 30 minute follow-up appointment 3 weeks after your RTT session (to talk about how you are doing and provide any guidance and support needed)
