Reactivation coaching is all about you, so sessions are personalised and provide you with a safe and confidential space to talk openly and honestly about your life, your challenges, your dreams and desires. The sessions are relaxed and are conversational in nature, but with some gentle challenges as needed to really help you dig deep and move forward. We come together with a cuppa and let the magic take place. 

 

Both my programmes offer structure, ensuring that we cover the essential elements for your transformation during our time together, but because we are all individuals, we work in a flexible way within this structure so that you can go from where you are now to where you want to be!  Our sessions will open your eyes, your mind and your heart so that you can live a life that you love!

The Midlife Deep Dive

A 2 hour 1:1 coaching session to work on a specific issue or provide an opportunity to explore and gain clarity on what perhaps is not working in your life at the moment and what changes you want and need to make to get you to where you want to be. 

 

The Midlife Reframe

My signature 6 week Coaching Programme provides you with six 1 hour 1:1 online coaching sessions, usually taken one per week for six weeks but can be extended to a 10 week period to accommodate commitments such as holidays. Having a session weekly enables us to keep the flow and focus, and moves you to your desired life quickly.

In our 6 weeks together we explore:

 

  • Where you are now in life
  • Your beliefs
  • Your values
  • How others might respond to the ‘new you’ 
  • What you are passionate about / what lights you up
  • An overview of your thinking and how this affects you

Face Yoga

Face yoga is about taking a holistic approach to the well-being of your face and neck, and it works from the inside out by toning the muscles, relaxing tension and increasing blood flow. With daily face yoga practice, your face will look and feel healthy and lifted!

 

Whilst the target of face yoga is on your face (the physical side of things), it also has a strong focus on the well-being of the inner self. This is achieved by using breath control as well as specific yoga-like body postures that benefit overall wellbeing and can build confidence as well as a sense of self.  It is like having a bag of techniques to help you feel amazing naturally!

 

Scientific studies have shown that by spending 20 minutes a day exercising certain facial muscles, study participants were able to tighten and lift the cheek areas to look more youthful.

 

Catherine Provides a 60 minute 1:1 online session to teach you face yoga. The session is fun with you both participating in the exercises, and a written face yoga routine with guidance will be emailed to you following the session to support your regular practice.

 

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a pioneering therapy that offers clients quick, amazing results; it is an award-winning therapy developed by Marisa Peer. By using hypnotherapy, we access the subconscious mind, where previous negative experiences, traumas, beliefs, thoughts and emotions are embedded. It is a safe, natural and a proven therapy providing permanent change, freedom and healing.

 

When you are experiencing issues, you often look for quick relief which is what you get with RTT, because RTT treats both the root of the issue and the meaning that your mind has associated with it. In comparison, many traditional talking therapies can take months and even years to work effectively.

 

All sessions are provided online via Zoom and are equally as effective as sessions provided face to face.

 

RTT uses hypnosis which creates a state of relaxed awareness. You are awake, and remain fully aware and in control throughout the session. You remain safe and can bring yourself out of hypnosis at any time. Throughout the session you will sit in a comfortable supportive chair, or you may choose to semi-recline.

 

Hypnosis is different for everyone; however, you will be in a deep state of relaxation. You will be aware of what is going on and you will be talking to me during the session. Clients normally feel comfortable and relaxed during the session. There is nothing to be frightened of as you will be in a completely natural state of calmness. Sometimes, scenes may be emotional, but you are not reliving anything, you are merely reviewing them with my support.

 

The RTT package includes:

  •   RTT session via Zoom lasting 90 – 120 minutes (following our initial consultation, you may choose to split this into a 30 minute Intake Session followed by a 60 – 90 minute RTT session)
  •   Personalised audio recording for you to listen to for a minimum of 28 days
  •   20 – 30 minute follow-up appointment 1 week after your RTT session (to talk about how you are doing and provide any guidance and support needed)
  •       20 – 30 minute follow-up appointment 3 weeks after your RTT session (to talk about how you are doing and provide any guidance and support needed)
